Members stepped into the “ring” for an unforgettable afternoon as former Two-Time Heavyweight Champion Hasim “The Rock” Rahman and Rochester boxer “Irish” Red Williams visited the Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester for a special boxing exhibition filled with skill-building, mentorship, and excitement.
A special visit from the Pace University Women’s Lacrosse team gave Club members the chance to learn new skills, stay active, and connect with inspiring student-athletes ahead of their NCAA Division II Semi-Final appearance in Rochester.
Club members brought energy and excitement to Ross Dress for Less locations in Victor and on Chili Avenue as they helped kick off the annual Help Local Kids Succeed in School fundraiser — celebrating community partnership and supporting programs that help Rochester youth thrive.
Through the generosity of Owner and Chef Kristin Klock-Wattle and the Root Catering team, 150 freshly prepared meals were delivered to Club families at the Club’s Genesee Street location.
