The Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester continues to benefit from strong community partnerships that help create meaningful opportunities for local youth. On February 10, Executive Director Dwayne Mahoney attended the grand opening celebration of the new Planet Fitness location at Chili Square, joined by eight Boys & Girls Club members who were invited to be part of the special event.
During the celebration, Planet Fitness and IGNITE Fitness Holdings presented the Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester with a $1,000 donation, reinforcing their ongoing commitment to supporting youth development and promoting healthy lifestyles in the Rochester community.
While speaking at the event, Mahoney thanked Planet Fitness for its continued partnership and dedication to investing in the success and well-being of Club youth. The donation will help support programs that encourage healthy habits, leadership development, and positive outcomes for the young people served by the Club.
