On Thursday, September 10, Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester welcomed representatives from the Taco Bell Foundation for a special check presentation celebrating a $70,000 grant in support of the Club’s work with young people in Rochester.

The grant will help strengthen programs focused on education, career readiness and preparing young people for successful futures. Through these programs, Club members have opportunities to explore career paths, build important life and workplace skills, receive academic support and gain experiences that can help shape their goals for the future.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester is proud to be among the more than 700 youth-serving organizations supported by the Taco Bell Foundation nationwide.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Taco Bell Foundation for investing in our members and believing in their potential,” said Dwayne Mahoney, Executive Director of Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester. “Support like this allows us to continue creating meaningful opportunities that help our young people learn, grow and prepare for their futures.”

The check presentation was an opportunity to celebrate the partnership and recognize the impact this funding will have on youth throughout the Rochester community.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester thanks the Taco Bell Foundation for its generous support and commitment to helping young people pursue their educational and career goals.
