Sports, Fitness & Recreation

Club members participate in a variety of physical activities that encourage them to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles, become physically fit and make daily physical activity a lifelong habit. Boys and girls of all ages can participate in intramural sports that promote teamwork and fairness, as well as noncompetitive activities including aerobic exercise, fitness workouts and dance.

Makeeba Barley, Jr.
NBA Biddy Basketball League (Ages 6-12)
Named after Club member Makeeba program aims to improve the social basketball skills of both boys and girls.

Reviving Baseball
in the Inner Cities (RBI) (Ages 13–18)
Sponsored by Major League Baseball, and fast pitch softball to boys and eligible for sports clinics as well as tournaments. It includes the Quick helps players learn responsible behavior.

Flower City Soccer (Ages 6–12)
Both boys and girls learn the fundamentals country’s fastest growing sport.

Junior Golf
Through the game of golf, club members can learn the meaning of respect, honor, tradition, and focus. Instruction in the fundamentals by professionals and volunteers also provides club members with mentoring and networking opportunities.

Sectional Sports Tournaments
Club members participate in inter-club competition in a variety of sports throughout the year. Awards are given for both individual and team accomplishment.

Step Team
This is an opportunity for members to combine fun, fitness, music and a sequence of steps into a choreographed dance routine.
